Reason of the Kung Fu

Kung Fu and kung fu technic is for many reasons:

1. to bring joints and muscles to balance
2. to raise the power
3. to make pose or guarding
4. to defend
5. to attack

But kung fu originally made it to balance physical body and release the negative energy.

To free oneself from fear to have a better chance to be excellent yourself and free from bondage of life.

That is what spiritual people call them realization of truth or enlightenment, who can see the truth. All of them is for one reason: to bring oneself to happiness, joy, satisfaction and peace.

I hope you have chance to succeed and bring you to excellence of yourself.

Sharing some spiritual story

Story - Secret of True Happiness

Someone was looking for happiness, true happiness. Then he was looking everywhere to find that true happiness. He was talking to everybody until one day he gone to one bar. He was talking to the barman and tell him he is looking for true happiness. Barman told him someone else was here some years ago and looking same thing. He said what's happen to him, where can I find him? He said I hear he is somewhere in the mountain. He gone and looked, looked, after long period of time he found him. He asked that guy sitting in the mountain very peacefully: "It was you who was looking for true happiness? Did you find it?" He looked at him, he said "Yes, I find it". He said "What is it? Please, share with me." He said : " It is not to argue." He said "What? That is not happiness!" That guy peacefully was sitting in the mountain, looked at him. He said "Yes, you are right."

シャラム先生、嬉しいご報告です。
 
昨夜の瞑想会で、笑いが巻き起こりました。
 
そして
 
宇波薫（うなみかおる）さんが、エンライトメントしました。(^。^)
 
薫さんから、先生に有難うございます、との事です。
 
薫さん、ハートオープンしてから、考え方がポジティブに成りました、そして今日も楽しいと笑っていたら止まらなくなりました。
 
 
それと、山田聡美さんの夫、健一さんが昨日初めて瞑想会に来ました。
 
健一さんは、以前から右腰の痛みがあって、ヒーリングを受けに何度か来てました。
 
山田さんのところは、小学生の子供が二人居て、瞑想会の時は、健一さんが子供の面倒を見て聡美さんを、瞑想会に来させてくれています。
 
聡美さんが良くなって行くのを観て俺は嬉しいし、幸せですと、話されていました。（８月５日にヒーリングを受けに来た時にです）
 
健一さん、皆の笑いに釣られて笑い出しました、ハートオープンしました。(^。^)
健一さんに瞑想会の感想を聞いたら、「楽しいです、話しかけないで下さい、笑ってしまいます。」と言いながら笑っていました。

今日は、良い報告が出来ました。

[ENGLISH TRANSLATION]

Teacher Shahram, I have great news.

Meditation class of last night, laughter exploded. Then Unami Kaoru-san she got enlightenment. Kaoru-san said“ Thank you very much to Teacher.” About Kaoru-san, after her heart opened her thinking became positive. Yesterday she laughed and said “I’m enjoying also today.” Then that laugh she could not stopped.

Next, Yamada Kenichi-san (husband of Yamada Satomi-san) he came to our meditation class for the first time. About Kenichi-san, he came to me for healing few times because of right side of back pain. Yamada-san family they have two children (primary school), when wife wants to go meditation class during the time Kenichi-san is taking care of children. Kenichi-san told me “My wife is getting better and better. I’m glad and happy to see that.”

Yesterday in meditation class everybody laughed and Kenichi-san laughed too, then his heart opened as well. I asked Kenichi-san “How was meditation class?” He was laughing and said “ I’m enjoying very much. Please don’t speak to me, if you speak to me laugh will come more and more.”

I send good report today.

Meditation class of last night, Kenichi-san (husband of Satomi-san) he got enlightenment. Lots of blessing was coming to class.

Sarasa-chan and Noriko were laughing a lot. Matsuura-san also did good job. Kenichi-san was talking to Teacher’s picture about his appreciation and thankfulness to Teacher Shahram.

Teacher Shahram, really really thank you so much.

Meditation class of last night Satomi-san she got enlightenment.

Satomi-san clearly felt when light of enlightenment came into her, and she understood Teacher Shahram is her father (spiritually).

She said “It was dazzling and very happy, and comfortable and amazing. Teacher Shahram, thank you very much.”

Each meditation class, lots lots of blessing came.

Teacher, thank you so much.

昨夜の瞑想会で、奥山悦子さんが、ハートオープンしました。
 
笑いながら、泣きたく無いのに涙が出てくる、これなーにと言って、胸が一杯です、御菓子大好きなのにタカサンのお土産の御菓子が、胸が一杯で食べられません、何とも言いようがない感じです、と言われ、何時もより深々と先生の写真におじぎしてました。
悦子より
シャラム先生の生徒にさせて下さいとの事でした。
 
タカサンも凄く良い感じで瞑想会を楽しんでいました。
 
今日タカサンから、やっとシャラム先生と良枝さんの本当の愛が分かりました、こんな僕を、離さずに見守って貰って本当に有り難いし感謝です。
昨夜の瞑想会で色々と気づいて来たことが有りました。
凄く楽しい瞑想会ですね。
不安に思って居たことが全て解決しました。
 
と話されていました。

Meditation class of last night, Okuyama Etsuko-san her heart opened.

She was laughing and said “I don’t want to cry, but tear is coming. What is this?” and she continued “My heart has hull of feeling. Usually I love to eat sweets, but now because of my heart has full of feeling, I cannot eat sweets from Taka-san’s gift. I cannot express this feeling.”

She bowed deeply to Teacher’s picture more than usual. She asked “Please allow me to become student of Teacher Shahram.”

Next, Taka-san he seemed like good condition and enjoyed meditation class. Today Taka-san told me “(Taka) Finally I understood true love from Teacher Shahram and Yoshie-san. They didn’t ignore even someone like me, and keep watching over me. I’m really thankful and appreciating to both of them. Meditation class of last night, I realized many thing. I enjoyed meditation class very much, and I solved all my fear I had.”
